GREAT - Another brain dead day

OK, so I'm having another day when my body and brain are moving in slow motion. I can't put a thought together in my brain or a proper sentence together and my body feels as though it's moving through quicksand. I can't function like this! I'm very frustrated today :(  Would love to hear from others out there who experience this also and can relate.

So sorry, I know how you feel. Have been diagnoised for 7 years but, have prob, been having issues for many more. I have had a lot of  brain dead  . Its hard to have a life when your brain is somewhere else. I hate the days when  I do something and don't remember what I did!  I like your anaology on quicksand. thats exactly how it feels.
