my pain seems to be getting worst every day...sleeping and staying asleep seems to be impossible 3 hours of sleep every night is ridiculous specially having a 6 year old kid area I feel tired weak fatigue no energy exhausted. But my primary doctor for 10 years is telling me it is arthritis due to my spina befida occulta and the er doctor said I have spondylolysis but he can't explain why I have pain all over my body headaches numbness and tingling sensations cramping etc.. gave a pill and prescriptions referred me to a neurological surgeon what ever.. or I can believe the judge that denied my disability claim and stated that I was over stating my pain and basically stated I need to loose weight.. I am hoping to get this finally diagnosed whatever it is for my insanity cause I refuse to believe this is all in my head I'm missing out on life cause of this freaking pain I can't even enjoy life with my 6 year old and that hurts the most..taking a long hot really hot baths seems to make me feel good although I look like a lobster after..is there anyone else out there that feels that way?
i understand all to well how you feel, i go through the same things and then some when it comes to this syndrome/diseases. i pray you find what will help you as i believe everyone's body is different so therefore we have some different triggers. i have found for myself that if i take gluten out of my diet along with sugar it does help, however nothing has ever been able to take my pain away completely and i've not had 1 day in over a year that i didn't have a headache. i won't take the hot baths because of the fluoride that is added to our water here along with the heavy metals that are known to be in the water as well, but i do like to use biofreeze and heating pads.
I have to agree with you 100%, a hot hot bath is one of the only things that makes me feel even a tad bit better for a tiny bit of time. Not sure why, perhaps it is enough to relax my muscles, but it helps. If only I could take multiple baths a day!!! :-)
