Has anyone tried Naturally stimulating their Dopamine?
I read the research about Fibromyalgics being LOW in DOPAMINE, which is needed to regulate and suppress the pain sensors in our bodies. So I used Applied Kinesiology to test if my body needed a natural Dopamine stimulator. My body tested positive for the Amino Acid TYROSINE!
=Before March my pain was consistently (on the scale from 1-10) at 5 to 6 when sedentary. While walking, standing, or sitting for more than a few minutes,my pain would consistently elevate to a 7 to 8 .
March 14th '11, I Started taking 2000 mgs of L-Tyrosine on an empty stomach in the afternoon.
=After Tyrosine supplementation, I progressively felt less pain until it became a consistent, sedentary, 2 to 4. Aggravated again by walking, Standing, of sitting, causing my pain to elevate to only a 5 to 6 !
Every day I continued to Muscle (AK)Test, and slowly went down from 2000 mgs to 1000mgs of l-Tyrosine a day.
=On April 11th '11, I muscle tested and got a negative AK test. So I Stopped taking tyrosine after using it for 25 days.
=4/19- One week and a day later, my pain level was still low ,from 3 - 4.
One night I could not sleep for 6 hours. So I took an AMBIEN!
The next day.......INTENSE PAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY Conclusion! AMBIEN SUPPRESSES DOPAMINE !!!!!
