Herditary issue w/white blood cells

My son had streptococcal that formed Guttate Psoriasis. Guttate Psoriasis is formed from streptococcal when there is an over reactive white blood cell functioning (1 in 2000). My husband has Fibromyalgia very bad and has only felt small recovery periods when on antibotics. He has a very stressful job and refuses to eat properly. I have observed allergic reactions to foods and a great dislike for any foods that have strong tastes, weird textures or smells from both my son and husband. My husband was diagnosised with sleep apnea, which reduces the oxygen levels in the blood. The lack of eating properly, lack of oxygen at night and stress have lead to excessive uric acid and cholesterol, due to lack of protease and lipase enzymes. In an acidic environment, the white blood cells are oxygen starved and their size shrinks and they become virtually inactive. Perhaps, this is causing a decrease in white cells being reported by other Fibromyalgia cases. My husband in his early 20's had Mono that seemed to start his cycle of fatigue. He has had many physical traumas to his body since then. The last which occurred two years ago, when he was rear ended in a car accident. He has not recovered due to the pain in his body is so intense from the Fibromyalgia. He has weird growths in fat cells, bone spires, leg cramps, huge muscle knots, and to many other painful things. There has been a raised suspicion of infectious disease associated with myalgia. Researchers have found elevated ESR, low microbial virulence, DNase B antibodies, and breakdown nucleotides. There have been cases that Fibromyalgia cases have taken Penicillin for six months and had no further issues with pain. I have recently become aware of Candida Albicans or yeast that lives in your intestines that can turn into a parasite if the friendly bactria in the gut is wiped out, which can occur with extended use of antibotics. Which can make you sicker than having Fibromyalgia, possible death. Conclusion: I believe that there is a connection between white blood cells decreasing in Fibromyalgia cases and Fibromyalgia being an immune system disease, but do I have my husband try Penicillin for six months? Or do I have him try Super C and P Max that supposely reduces Candida Albicans first and then try Penicillin?

Maybe some high doses of pro-biotics while on anti-biotics would help. Just a suggestion.
