Im in the middle of being dx with something my Dr. talked about MS and Fibromyalgia so I just wanted to say hello to everyone and hope I can get some pinters from anyone.

Hey Christine,
You are so young. You can have a long and healthy life ahead of you! You just need the right approach!
-Please consider taking proper steps to strengthen your immune system.
-Do "Pranyama" deep breathing 5minutes sessions, multiple times daily.
-Do meditation daily! Use CDs if not able to. Meditate on being totally healed! Visualize yourself just glowing with vitality, good energy and  and totally healthy. Also Hypnotherapy would bring you great results. ( I'm working on putting together a holistic multi-therapy  program for fibro- like issues for 2012, incorporating Reiki, EFT, Energy medicine, Spiritual Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
- Stay physically active as much as you are able to.
-Make friends with pain! Paradox? Not! Conflict and fighting will work against you! Love and Peace are the most empowering sentiments!
- Do not get too close to your medical labels once you have a dx.
(Unfortunately many people get "married" to their conditions and it's very similar to the law of attraction and invite more of it into their lives!)
- Check malic acid, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Zinc, all the B vitamins, Glutathione levels.
-Make sure Lyme, Borellia and pathogenic Mycoplasma infections are ruled out! This is very common with auto-immune and neuro-degenerative conditions like CFS,MS,FMS, Parkinsons, Alzheimers,
R.A, Lupus etc
You must find expert doctors in this.
If yours hasn't mentioned any such infections or co-infections , then he is not familiar with this field, like most conventional medical doctors and specialists.
