Did you get a diagnosis from your physician? I'm curious as shingles will usually develop as a rash and then blister. They have medications that are made to treat shingles...but i'm not sure from what you describe that this is what you actually have. Fibro can also cause that type of sensation.
poor you. i dont have much advice but my friend has shingles on her left hand and forarm but hers was caused through childbirth. her aunt has it too and so i think hers might be a genetic thing, on the other hand april my mother in-law sufferd with this round her waist she got better after a month and is back to normal now so you should feel better soon. the only thing my friend uses to ease the pain on the blisters is ice cubes.hope this is some comfort to you and hope your feeling better soon x
