I desperately need medical help

I'm sorry to hear that your medication is running out.  You may require an ER visit whether you have funds or not, due to withdrawal symptoms.  It isn't easy coming off of a pain killer.  

There may be free clinics located within CA...you could contact the State Dept. of Health to find the closest one to you.  Also, your local/state funded hospital should have a program to treat indigents so that they can receive proper medical care.  You would need to apply and be approved.
