Intermittent FMLA

Yeah! I got my intermttent FMLA approved for up to 64 hours per month when needed.

I'm excited. My job is protected now.

I'm also going to try to get a red handicap placard b/c sometimes the parking spaces at the Walmart and other shopping centers are too far on my bad days. Anyone else have one? I think my doctor will sign for it.

I'm trying to get fmla for my fibromyalgia, plus they think I have rheumatory arhtritis. I know to qualify for fmla you have to work 1250 hours in a year. My problem is due to an on the jon injury this year,I had to have knee surgery and was off for a month. My employer is counting this time as hours lost! Is this legal? Why am I being penalized for getting hurt on the job
