Is there a relationship between alcohol use and fibromyalgia?
I am wondering about diet and alcohol use and their effect on fibromyalgia?
I've had fibromyalgia over 24 years with little to no alcohol use & follow healthy diet but my fibro just gets worse & worse. Probably couldn't hurt to lower alcohol consumption & eat lots of fruit instead, yeah? Just in case?
