Knee pain
I have had fibro for years but just recently went to a rheumy.  He took x-rays of my feet, hands and knees.  I thought I had osteoarthritis, but x-rays showed only some in my hands.  I do have heel spurs which are painful in mornings.  My question is why do I have such knee pain if it's not arthritis?  Right now I am not in a flareup but my right knee is.  Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have the same issues, but ur heel spurs could be agrivating ur knee.It all has to do with alinment.

Hopefuly that's all it is.
Good luck
