Lyrica withdrawl and fibromyalgia

I have beem doagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was searching Google  for an explianation for swishing noises when I move my eyes from side to side, and I found someone with these symptoms on this site. I have, like them recently stopped taking lyrica, so I wondered if it could be this? I have nausia too. I can't live with the side effects of lyrica any more because I am a carer for my partner, and need to have my witts about me all the time. I am very, very tierd all the time and I have pain in lots of places. The worst is trigminial pain. Should I try to get some sort of other treatment?

I have had a look at the site you mentioned. We don't have a lawsuit culture over here (Ireland) so we are all much more stoic about medication side effects, even when they are truely awfull. I will try out the diet though because anything that helps would be so very welcome. Thanks for the advise. Dinahdabble

Have you tried a GFCF (gluten-free, cassein free) diet?  I went on one primarily because I wanted to try it with my boys who have autism spectrum issues.  I found that it helped my fibro symptoms.  It can be hard and expensive to follow but may be worth it for you.
I was on Lyrica for a few days and have had asthma ever since.  You may want to check out http://www.prescriptiondrug-info.com/threads/lyrica-lawsuit-D77155.htm or the Lyrica Survivors group on Facebook.  There are a lot of stories about problems we've had with Lyrica.
