You may have a potassium and magnesium deficiency.
The magnesium one is more difficult to correct.
I find that transdermal magnesium oil treatments are the best way.
Potassium you may want to eat potassium rich foods like bananas, oranges,legumes (beans), leafy greens etc.
Stayin well hydrated, low carb diet (no junk food-no sodas),epsom salt baths, meditation, proper breathing, light exercise like walking -swimming, essiac tea, herbal remedies and supplements for pain, should help.
