Myasthenia Gravis, ms, muscular dystrophy or conversion disorder?

Hi six months ago I was taken to hospital when i suddenly lost the strength in my right arm and leg and developed a facial droop ( grimmace) from three MRI scans one showed a lesion but I was told I must have moved in the scanner. A blood test for Acetycholine antibodies was deemed as a false positive. I left hospital with a diagnosis of conversion disorder. Saw a psychologist who said I am fine and do not have CD. Symptoms have got worse and is now effecting my other leg so bad that I am afraid to leave the house incase I can't walk( as happened recently) What shall I do? Got an appointment at Neurologist on 9th April it is the same Neuro who diagnosed CD. Can't carry on like this anymore. Can anybody help?
