Natural cures that help me

This isn't a question but some information to help others.  I have suffered most of my life with fibro and chronic fatique.  I'm almost 50 and I feel better now than I did at 20.  I am so hypersensitive to everything so I can't use many meds.  Fresh fruit and veggie juice daily is a must to help build the immune system and aid in helping the body funtion correctly including neurotransmitters that effect sleep at night.  Probiotics keep the immune system healthier and kills candida yeast which is very common in fibro victims, this will also benefit energy level.  Pace yourself, Do Not Push!  Drink only clean filtered or distilled water to help flush impurities and prevent adding new toxins to your system.  Drink lots of water, fibro people usually dehydrate easy and this adds to your pain and fog.    Do not eat or drink milk products, these feed yeast and are very hard to digest for people will low immune systems.  Milk also created insomnia in me, my insomnia cleared up and much of my pain went away when I discontinued milk. No sugar, this adds pain.  Good lean protien eaten about 4x daily is a real benefit.  Avoid simple carbs like breads, cookies, cakes and the like.  Please share your thoughts.  These are some of the things that gave me my life back.

Hi, thanks for posting.  I too found no milk including caseine helpful.  Different foods seem to work for different people.  I too am food/med sensitive.  I'm having a problem now with cars, which I posted in detail.  If you have any ideas - I'd love to here them.  I'm reacting to chems in even somewhat older cars and need a super low (sports car style) seat for the NMH (dysautonmia).  I can figure models with low seats, but I can't figure out how to fix the chem problem.  I'm not reactive in my house or in general.

I also posted a bunch of stuff on what's worked for me over time in various posts.  Maybe they will give you some more ideas?

What probiotics do you use and how?  I've randomly bought and tried some over time, but never consistently.

Thanks again for your thoughts and ideas!

I am very sensitive to chemicals and found this has eased up since using probiotics.  I use Primal Defence this is the best I have ever used.  It says to take 3 x daily but I forget do I take one when I get up and 2 before bed on an empty stomach.  It has helped me mre than anything I have used.  Fresh fruits and veggies are great for energy and overall feeling better.  I'm on my way to read your other posts.  thanks.

I've heard good things about the primal defense.  Definitely time for me to give that a try along with the vinegar (from platelet.)!

I'm a big believer in Probiotics. I drink a DanActive Probiotic drink every day and also that Kombucha Tea I use is loaded with Probiotics. And they both really help me in all kinds of ways- especially with my digestion and in building my immune system.

I'll have to check into Primal Defense. I've heard some wonderful things about vinegar too... one person I met on a recent trip told me vinegar could actually help in regulating blood sugar !

I know vinegar is suppose to create an alkaline enviornment internally.  Sickness thrives in an acidic enviornment , maybe this is the key.  Its stated in natural remedy books that cancer will not survive in an alkaline body.  Sounds like we all need to drink the stuff!!!

I'll have to look into the Kombucha tea.
