Need help with dealing with Fibro

Hello everyone.  My name is Stephanie.  I have had symptoms for about 7-8 years.  Just diagnosed with Fibro last Spring.  I have deteriorated very much in the past 6-8 months.  Besides the pain and fatigue, I have very bad migraines (have them everyday, have one now that has lasted 2 weeks).  I also faint.  I ihave not found a doctor that can explain the fainting.  The last neurologist I went to thinks I have Basilar migraines. I am still trying to follow this all the way through.  I used to work 52 hours a week.  I am currently working 12 hours.  I can't not hardly function.  I am in Sales so I am on my feet most of the time that I am at work.  By the time I get off, I have to lay down for a couple of hours.  Today has been very hard on me.  Yesterday afternoon, I became sick.  I started vomiting and had diarrhea.  Anytime I got up the room would spin.  Today I did not wake up till 11 am.  When I did get up and did some errands I had to go back to bed.  The room would spin while lying down and when I would try to get up I was so dizzy I could hardly stand.
Any help with how to deal with this?  I am currently taking Tramadol, Lexapro, Lunesta, B12, Vit C, and Iron tablets.  I have tried Lyrica, Savella, and Cymbalta, but had bad side effects or no help at all.
Thanks for your responses.

Hi, Have you had an MRI of the brain yet?  My Doc had me get one.

I have a friend who had the same symptoms and the MRI was very helpful in her diagnosis.

I take gabapention which seems to help, I will not take any of the new drugs as the side effects are not known yet and gabapention / neurontin has been around forever.

Cymbalta made me crazy.

My old GP doc (went there for a year & went back to my original)  tried to tell me that any and all fatigue and aches and pains were ALL from depression.  Not true.

yes, I have had MRIs.  All were normal.  Cymbalta made me very nervous.  Lyrica had no effects on me good or bad.  Savella caused bad tachycardia and other bad effects.  I am not having any good luck.  I am going to a new rhuematologist next week to see if he can help.  My current one tells me I have to deal with it.  I wasn't sleeping much, but finally figured that out.  I take 3mg Lunesta with 100mg of Meclizine and I can sleep through the night.  Crazy I know, but it works.....Still very sleepy during the day and have to take a nap around lunch time.  Thanks for the response.

Good Luck with your new doc.  I honestly don't know why some are so non-understanding when it comes to pain.  I don't know about you but I have never asked nor hinted that I wanted major pain killers.  I realize that just about everything can be addicting BUT in the scheme of things taking Soma or whatever a few days a week and being somewhat pain free is a real morale booster.  And a good nights sleep is wonderful.
