Oldest person with Fibro??

I am 62-almost 63 yrs old,  Every year my pain gets worse, especially with lots of Osteoarthritis and all the other goodies that come with the whole package,

I would really appreciate it, if someone who is yrs older tell me your history,   Does it progress and if so,
how is it managed?

I'm not the oldest but during my tenure with fibromayalgia I appeared to be at least 82 and my capacity physically was severly impaired.  My sister  ,coached me and through the removal of dairy products, milk, coffee creamer, chocolates, cheese, etc.  along with a strong anti oxident and B complex vitamin supplement changed my pain into a steady process toward healing.  Couple this with magnesium and chromium and stay on this regiment faithfully.  I am now 53
