PATIENT

please show the trigger points in the neck for fibromyalgia, all views.  I have unusual pain and swelling (no other symptoms) on my right side of my neck (1 week since first noticed) that has a lump almost exactly in the center of th side of my neck, approximately on the level of the bottom of the jaw and approximately an inch below my ear about an inch & and a half lower

This sounds a lot like a swollen gland rather than a trigger point.  I would get to your PCP and get it checked out.  You may have an infection of some kind.
