Physical therapy
I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  My general practitioner is not really "up" on the condition.  I had to suggest physical therapy (which I started).  It is hydro therapy and is too soon to tell right now whether it is helping or will help.  I also am bi-polar so many medications affect me in a negative way.  For instance, I was prescribed a medication that is often prescribed for fibro, and had to discontinue it because I was having problems.

My question is, are there any natural supplements that have worked for anyone.  I do realize that I should check with my psychiatrist about any medication.  Natural or otherwise.

Also to merrysunshine.  Yes my pain worsens in the evening.
