Possible MS?

A little over a month ago I was in the hospital with left side facial numbness and right sided arm and leg numbness...They did many blood tests as well as a spinal tap. A few of the doctors came up with the dx of multiple sclerosis. As a precaution, lyme blood was also done. My lyme IgM test came back positive, but the IgG as well as the Lyme PCR came back negative. Im not sure which way to go with this. Since I live in Florida the incidence of Lyme is lower than compared to the northern states so the test could be a false positive.

Could someone please help me out with this?? Below are the results I received back from the CSF test...
