Tender Points

Hi all,
I was just wondering is it normal for the tender points to be lumpy ( Like a small lump in the muscle under the skin ) ? I've noticed that the tender points in my hips, chest and knees are lumpy and it seems to be this lump that's the sorest area

I have been in contact with others who describe a lumpiness, like a knotting of muscles, who have fibro.  Just to be on the safe side, I would have them checked out by your physician.  They could be some type of fatty tissue and shouldn't be a problem as long as they aren't giving you a lot of pain.

Hope you feel better soon.  I know those trigger points in the hips are awful to experience.  Please take care of yourself.
