WHAT WORKS FOR ME!!!

I too had, yes had, Fibromyalagia.  Pain in feet, hips back, painful to walk, leg pain at night, insomnia.  I work as a Med. Asst and had all kinds of med's like yours given to me.  They went in the toilet.     I began taking pregnenolone a cream applied once a day, 1 mg.   I take Calcium w/D 3x day, Vitamin C 1000mg three times a day (for inflammation),  Magnesium Citrate 200 mg two times a day (no more leg cramps! Take one before bed), B12, B6, Multi Vitamin, Omega 3 once a day.   AND I use TherapainPlus spray.... it is wonderful for my pain. I just spray it on.

I still  have some aches and pains, BUT NOTHING like how I was suffering before.
I am sleeping so much better with the Pregnenolone and I notice when I stop using it the pain returns.
Hope this helps anyone who is considering taking all those terrible prescription drugs...they do not get to the problem, only mask it.  I want to FIX my problem.

My dad has been taking tart cherry for his fibromyalgia for 2 years. He swears by the tart cherry. My grandfather ate 2 pounds of cherries everyday for his pain. I have done research on tart cherries since my doctor recommended then to me to help with my taper program. The research is amazing. Tart cherries are called "natures pain relieving fruit" my dad swears by them. My doctor recommended tart cherry capsules from Fruit advantage www.fruitadvantage.com I order them for me and my dad every month.

My family ate nothing but junk for years I always feed my kids healthy but for my husband and I are overweight and smoke and have horrible eating habbits....I have been sick after sick for the last 2 years I am only 26 I found out that I have a rare heart arrythmia called IST which means I run a high heart rate all the time even on the beta blocker my heart rate can go as high as 120 just walking around. I had infection after infection right now I am waiting to rule out MS but they are telling me I have fibromyalgia my body hurts all over I have lots of twitching alot of fatigue I just dont want to get up and do a whole lot durning the day, but I have two kids so I dont really have a choice then I ate bad sushi and was very ill for about 3 days but the after math of this food poisioning sent me on a journey for good health by what I could control. Calcium/Magniesium vitamin D combo liquid!!! absolutly!!! this was the first thing I added well after probiotics which I had been on since I developed chronic BV which didnt go away on flagyl for 34 days! I meed a woman who told me about rockwell nutrition and I started on pharmetutical grade probiotics which cleared up the BV with in 5 days and it has not come back. then with the IST I had horrible heart palps and since adding the MAG I still get them but compared to 2 weeks before my period and having them all day long I now just get them for 3-4 days prior and maybe a couple a day. HUGE improvement. this also made me want to look into things I didnt know alot about. I started reading about food and I came across an artice from a doctor who said the more people she sees with chronic illness the bigger her organic garden gets and then there are over 70,000 pesteicde in food and only 250 can be checked for in the human body. I know eat organic yes it cost more but not that much more and think about what you put in your body you get out. I havnt had caffiene since I was 16 so that wasnt an issue. I have had more energy and everyday I get a little better I think Im giving my body what it needs to help itself heal! I eat apples and salads and bolthousee juices which are only $3.49 for a 4 serving bottle. I eat alot of beans alot of yougart!!! this stuff called FAGE with honey is unbelivable best yougart I have every had yougart is so important becuase it is so high in zinc which you need to be able to absorb any other nutient. changed my cooking oil to organic coconut oil organic meat organic veggies. I dont think of this as a diet I have changed the way I look at food for life! Omega 3s are very important they are called essitenal becuase our body doesnt make them. these are important for so many things from brain heart hormones. you can get this in fish oil or flax seed oil but when dealing with fish oil make sure it is from cold water fish and not a mix of a bunch of fish keep it in one fish family. I take both flax seed and fish oil in liquid form vitamin C ofourse and E b6 and b12 and a good multivitamin. but my friend works for a company that does water testing and she told me the other day that they had to test barrells of sewer...I never asked why but she said that the top layer almost 4 inches was nothing but vitamins....this proves that it is so important to get good high quality vitamins and nutrients I used to see these people that had all these huge bottles of vitamins sitting on thier counter and they got up and took them everyday but it is a waste of money if your not getting good quality vitamins or they will just end up on top of the sewer and not in your body. also power food like greens like wheat grass! these can be found in bolthouse and naked juices in your grocery store in the produce section usually where the bagged salad are they taste awesome and do so much good for your body.
Also shitaki mushrooms are very good for you I just read an artice about these. but do research I know people need pain meds I am not one to say put the meds away and eat right and all will be right with the world but I do think that if people try to eat better and give thier body what it needs you will notice a different less pain less headaches which I have not had one since i started eating better and maybe need less medication and that is a start! I wish everyone good health

About diets, I think certain diets help some people's symptoms and not others.  I have tried elimination diets in the past, to find out what triggers various symptoms, mostly what triggered my migraines.  Then if you notice an improvement, if you reintroduce the food and find out your symptom returns, then well, heh, you just figured out a food that aggravates your symptoms.  With migraines I think you can notice some things a lot quicker. For some people, red meat is not an issue.  For others wheat can be an issue.  Or certain types of grains if they are more processed.  Another diet craze is the gluten(wheat)/casein(dairy) free diet.  Works for some, not others.  There is also the makers diet that is said to help.  I figure, you gotta try various things and go with what works for you.  What works for some may not work for you.  You just gotta keep trying things, over a long enough period to figure out if it will work in time.  I have found out what aggravates my migraines.  It took years to eliminate some foods, but I know what triggers them and what doesn't.  Some of the foods were listed in books as being no nos, and others were not.  Some foods that were listed in books I found my body can handle okay.

Thanks for the mag info. Do you have a reference that explains it verse the other ones?  I like the gluconane better than the oxide.

Can I add:  Don't underestimate the reduction of dairy.  I've heard reports like this from people who cut out their food triggers (dairy's a common one) without doing any of the rest.  If it's a big trigger it takes about a week to see improvement.

Is pregnenolone cream a steriod or breaks down into one?  They can help but should be used with much caution.  (Since steriods eventually suppress the body's production.)

MSM helps some people, but it's basically an herbal medication, not a supplement, so I'd recommend to anyone using with caution!

I'm glad you are doing better.  I've seen improvements myself using all sorts of little stuff like this.  I've got CFS though not FM.
Happy holidays!

Magnesium citrate is the most absorable, so it is better to use.
I began to see changes in one week.  I felt more energy without red meat and with more greens and beans. Hard to believe but true. The more raw foods the better.  You will notice you have 2-3 bowel movements a day which is good, since toxins are removed quickly.   Water (distilled with lemon squeezed in it) at least 6-8 glasses per day.
I did this and began the supplements the same time.
The pregnenolone is a cream and I rub it on my arms or belly for best absorption.
Good luck!
I KNOW you will see improvement.
Oh-----MSM at it important it's anti-inflammatory
So is tart cherry capsules, Omega 3 oil, vitamin C.  (all these will improve inflammation and pain).
What causes inflammation?
Anything "white"-----sugar, flour, bagels, cookies.
Stay away from soda...
can't think of anything else right now that I can tell you...
HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Change in diet can do wonders in some people!  What is the magnesium citrate compared to magnesium gluconate (and the regular one is mag oxide)?  How long after you made the changes did it happen.  When did you change diet compared to starting the other items?

Is the active ingredient in pregnenolone cream a steriod?  (Or breaks down into it?)

Thanks for sharing your success!

MOST IMPORTANT...I changed my diet.   NO red meat and NO dairy!   Plenty of vegetables and fruits, beans, only turkey and chicken.
