Want to Feel Better

Hi, I am 55 years old, have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Peripheral Neuropathy and Microvascular Disease. I am obviously extremely fatigued all the time, with sore throats and headaches, swollen lymph nodes. I do research, I take supplements, but I never feel any better. I actually have started feeling worse. My thyroid tests have all come back ok. I just feel lost and wonder what I can do to make myself feel better? Thank you!

Hi, it has been a long time. I hope you are well. My husband is doing alright. He has to have a recheck on his heart in December. Depending on that is whether or not we will get a 2nd opinion. He doesn't like the cardio doc he is going to right now.

No, I have never gone to a nutritionist yet. My insurance didn't cover it like I thought they did, then we have had all kinds of health issues and our house going on, so I put it on the back burner. I have gotten nowhere in terms of feeling better.

My blood work keeps showing up basically ok. In July I had my usual blood work and my TSH had jumped way up, my iron was really low, and my liver enzymes were up some. So my doc increased my Armour.  I had to get retested which I just did. I am waiting on the results.

So how are you doing? Thanks for answering my post. I really wish I had a doctor who understood all of this.

Hey Colleen.

Your post triggered my memory. It's been a while!
Did you manage to find a good nutritionist?
And did anything work from the things you were going to try (from what we talked about)?
And did you get anywhere with the blood test results?
Send me a message, if you're up to it.
Hope your Hubby is doing OK.
Blessings
