any one tried OPC 3 or Noni Juice?

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with usiing either Noni Juice or OPC 3 for any length of time for Fibro? I know that the idea is to boost your immune system which in turn can help with your pain. I have heard so many good testimonials but not too many directly from the individuals that have benefited from this. Anyone???

I have a relative who was suffering from severe pain related to arthritis and she has been taking Isotonix OPC3 for almost a year.  She has had complete relief of her syptoms and has noticed other health benefits from the supplement as well.  She orders it from Market America as well.  www.marketamerica/brandymangrum

I hope you see relief as she did.  Good luck!

That's quite amazing.  So you are now cured and have no more symptoms of FMS at all?

I've been taking OPC-3 since January and it, along with several other supplements, has given me total relief from my fibromyalgia pain.  Amazing stuff!

In addition to the OPC-3 I'm taking Market America's Thyroid Support, Adrenal Support, and B Complex and d.ribose w/magnesium from Integrative Theraputics.

I'm taking other supplements as well, but it was the above regime that brought me relief.

I started the Noni juice on Sat. I was in a lot of pain. It is now Thursday and my pain level is almost gone! I don't know how to explain it. I have been on the Cymbalta now for 3 weeks and maybe it just started to kick in but the juice is the only thing I have added. I can't believe it. I have been in constant pain for over two months. I will keep you posted!

just understand that I do not know the name of the juice I'm writing about on here yet. I just ordered it through my friend and it is my understanding that it takes up to 6 weeks before you see a real improvemnet.

I would be very interested in your results. I also ordered a case of juice. I have started on it this weekend and am hoping for just a little relief. I have read so much about the product and can see how it could work so I am very hopeful for good results. I will report back on the progress. I am in a lot of pain and discomfort. Arms, legs wrists and ankles. Have been in pain for about two months with no relief. Going back to my Rheum on Thursday. She has me on Cymbalta and Gabapentin but so far no big results. I am hoping the NOni juice will show us some improvement with the pain.

A good friend of mine is a distributer for a type of juice that comes from Brazil. It has 17 different fruit juices in it and I ordered 4 bottles for $145. I didn't order it because he was selling it, but because of what his wife told me. She has SEVERE Rhuematoid Arthrits, had to even quit work as a vet because of it. She could hardly move when she was diagnosed about 2-3 years ago. She started drinking a 4oz glass of this juice once a day and holy pete, she is doing SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! Even her bad cholesterol has improved. Her doctors have been asking her what on earth has she been doing? A lady that works for them has Fibro and started drinking this juice and told them that she was now sleeping through the night, which she hasn't been able to do in years! I don't have the juice yet, but will post about it after I get it delivered. On a nice side note: 10% of the money spent through my friend goes back to Brazil to help build schools in that country.

I heard cherry juice is good, and it's very cheap.  I bought a bottle at the Vitamin Shopp.  It's pretty strong, I mixed with water.

However, I don't notice any difference in my fibro or arthritis pain.  I'm going to try the raisins soaked in gin instead.  If anything, it might perk me up, lol!

I think any of the high antioxidant juices are good to consider. I've been taking Goji juice by Now Products everyday. Does it help? Probably, but I can't contribute any specific improvements to the juice.

The naturopathic doctor I have been seeing highly promotes Ningxia Red. It's made out of wolfberries, as other Goji juices are, but the Ningxia Red supposedly has the highest concentration of wolfberries along with some other good-for-you stuff mixed in. It's not cheap though at $50 a bottle.
