bad bleching

maybe you can figure out whats going on.
When I eat my stomach feels like its going to burst right above my rib cage and I can't stop bleching
and I have to drink lemon water and eat rolaids ,and I feel like I can't breath and it freaks me out.

What does it sound like ,it's gotten worse since I been sick and I took those antibiotics,I ate chicken tonite and it seems like I can't eat a lot ,I ate 3 pieces of rye toast this morning and I could feel it not even digest and feel it in the pit of my back.
I did have acid refux before and it went away for a few years
and now been having problems but now much worse started taking pilosac 2 days ago ,I took a antihistami today and same thing happen.

My husband has been dealing with this for about 20 years. He also takes Prilosec, used to take Prevacid but its crazy expensive. Be careful about ant-acids, they have bad ingredients like aluminum, they actually make the problem worse, despite the momentary relief! But DO see a doctor, I wouldn't recommend any OTC treatments until you check with a doctor first. In the mean time chew everything well, eat slowly, and avoid foods that are difficult to digest anyways, like pizza dough. And skip carbonated drinks, this can aggravate it too.
