chest and back pain

Since 6 months chest stifness and pain again come whenever
1) whenever i push or lift any weight more than 2 kg means i can not carry shopping begs, i can not lift more than 2 kg water bottle or object.
2) whenever i sit with wrong posture(hunching over).
3) whenever i do any work with bend over row like bending on knee or bending chest or back and all pressure go on chest which gives chest pain specially at sternum area.
I dont feel constant pain.This sudden pain at chest or sternum and back come and go.only ibuprofen gel massage help me in pain . Sleeping in straight position or sitting in straight position with cushion behind middle of back also give relief in pain. My pain is completely gone after sleeping straight or massage painkiller cream but this pain again come .Please tell me what is my issue? my ecg and chest xrays is fine but white blood cell was increase specially neutrophils . i also feel back pain when stand more than 30minutes
======medical history and how this pain start=======:
15days before of this pain i purchase laptop and use it with bad posture then after 15days i feel some thing is hardle in taking deep breath after cleaning the dust of carpet with lot of hand movement.Means i take normal breath but deep breath had some hardle.Then doctor thinks i have bacterial issue so he gave me antihistamin and seretide 25/250 two puf and after 5 days on 16 may 2013 i show my cbc and vitamin d report to doctor which shows increase 13.2 white blood count with 62% neutrophils then he gave me antibiotic named "levofloxacine 500mg 5days" and 600000 vitamin d3 injection then after levofloxacine treatment i again test my blood on june 2013 and CBC report said more increase in white blood cell (15) and neutrophils 68.9% . After 15 days of all this i feel pain at sternum area .Then doctor gives me 15 days acidity medicines but no any improvement so i start ibuprofen cream massage on chest.i have 8 year history of high prolactin which up and down mean between 45ng/ml to 115ng/ml and periods issue.Doctor thinks its PCOS after altrasound
