chronic log grade temperature

Has anyone experienced this?  I am normally always at 97.0, but the last two weeks, my temperature has been at 99.3 - 100.1  My eyes even feel hot.  I don't think I'm sick.  I saw my GP last saturday because I also have had tightness and pain on my upper chest and upper back for almost two weeks.  The last week was extremely painful where I was limited to my movement and any pull with gravity (such as laying down or getting up) was painful.  I figured I pulled a muscle.  Can this also be Fibro?  I hate to sweep everything under Fibro.
