coffee and alcohol

I have been fighting CFS for the past 18 month and do notice symptoms gets worse after drinking coffee and alcohol.  Are their any links to CFS and these 2 beverage?  thanks in advance

I am taking numerous supplements and as far as exercise... experts tend to disagree on this issue. I think the majority of experts are saying that if you can tolerate light exercise, then do so. If not, then don't.

anyone taking herbs ot medicine to combat the fatigue and anyone recommend exercise regiment?

Many, many people with CFS and even lyme disease have gluten and alcohol intolerance. In addition, caffeine isn't recommended because it suppresses your adrenals. You may have a boost of energy from caffeine, but it can drain you in the long run. It can also cause PVC's (so can alcohol) in CFS patients.
