could it be fibromyalgia

hello my name is laura and in december i was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. and for a long time before my diagnosis. i have noticed i have been getting muscular pain in my arms sometimes in ankles legs i do get alot of pain in my back but it is due to a back injury i do get neck pain and shoulder pain. but recently i have been getting really stiff fingers they dont hurt but they are stiff arthritis osteoarthritis and rhematoid arthritis are both in my family.
