dizzy

I feel dizzy on my left side of my face with pain in my left side of my shoulder and neck and when I close my eyes the room goes round and I also do have Fibromyalgia.

I have the same symptoms.   Do you have chonic spasms in your neck and upper back?  Chronic headaches?  I was just diagnosed with something on top of the fibro, migraines, RA and meniere's disease called cervical dystonia..... chronic muscle spasms in the upper back and neck causing the problems
