I have an auto immune syndrome.

I have been on the estring for a number of years. I have to have it inserted. Is there anything available to insert it myself.  I have arthritis and my hands are impaired.

Ask your Doctor for an alternative  type of therapy to estring.
There are many different and  effective HRT solutions.

The only possible way for staying with the estring, would be to
experiment with nose pliers. If you feel that you can use them
after trying with holding something similar to the estring (without inserting
anything in your vagina of course!), then get your pharmacist or medical supplies
store to order you the one best suited for you, in medical grade quality.
