fibromiliga

my daughter has fibro and she thinks it is a "head" disease. I have tried telling her that it is not. I have had this for the las 13 years with no help. Now they have some new meds. Can someone give me some suggestions on how to help her manage the pain?

Hi magpie1641

Use  the following link for some posts regarding suggestions to manage pain and other Fibro symptoms without medication.

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Fibromyalgia/IWillDoThis-To-help-Alleviate-Fibro-Symptoms/show/1677486

Make a bet with your daughter. If she uses some of those suggestions
and feels better, she will have to say to you for the next 30 days:
"You were right mom!"

Cheers!
