Do you have any permanent tender places on top of your shoulders, on the back of your neck, or the back of your head?  They say this is one of the hallmarks of Fibromyalgia.  I've had Fibro myself for quite a long time, and for years thought these sore spots (I can hardly touch them!) were normal, and that everyone has them.  Well, everyone DOERSN'T have them.  If you have these really sore places, you might see a pain doctor.  But, bear in mind that there is nothing that can be done to cure Fibromyalgia; they can give you various pain medications and treatments, but the pain will always be there.  Good luck to you.
