is MSG on the 'no' list for diet?

does anyone find m.s.g. adds to pain/ discomfort in general? i should know better. i had take-away chinese this week and think it has made me more tired. bleah. general shiftlessness, tired head and eyes. and i had just been showing signs of improvement and had been feeling relatively well the few days before!

any other dietary recommendations from anyone?

oh - i've discovered FILTERED WATER! i guess i had been drinking town water all this time - i got a little water filter jug last year - i really recommend it - whether sick or well - yes yes yes!

I know that MSG makes me feel unwell and causes migraines so it could contribute to the fibro issues.

I was just reading a newsletter from another health site and it indicated some things that can affect fibromyalgia.  MSG is definitely on the list as is aspartame.

Yes.  MSG and sulfites both are bad for me.  MSG is known to aggravate migraines, as Trudie mentioned.  I noticed that it aggravates my FMS pain, too.
