my body wont absorb vitamin b 12 but i need it
i was taking vitamin b12 my dr said my body is not absorbing the vitamin b 12 i have been given nothing else what should i do
I have been on vitamin b injection but they are not working as my body does not absord it
i am vegetarian also I do eat a good diet with foods that have vitamin b 12 in ..I am now suffering nuerological problems vertigo also i have uveitis a very painful condition of the eye and im so tired and weary..any suggestions greatly appreciated thanks
