pain in finger joints

i have enlarge fatty liver 18 cms almost a year, i have back pain.
Can finger joints sensation due to fatty liver or something else.
I have muscle under the skin of the front upper neck.
Pls sir, advice

I have some terrible pains in some of my joints.  As far as I know this is due to FM.  0 RA factor and liver is fine.  I also have facial pain/spasms... same thing.  FM effects muscle, tendons, and nerves.  It's a ^%$#@.
