I'm a 24 year old female, and i was diagnosed this October 23rd with FMS after symptoms dating back 10 years. Does anyone else have issues with sexual dysfunction? What can you take that is cheap enough to afford to help with this?
Hello and hope you are doing well.
People with chronic illnesses usually have problems with their sex life. Deep muscle pain and stiffness in fibromyalgia can prevent you from enjoying sex .Medications used for treating fibromyalgia can decrease sex drive.sex releases natural opiods which decrease pain and improve well being.Sex releases natural opiods which decrease pain and improve well being. It is important to self manage these symptoms with medications, exercise and lifestyle changes. Seeking practical tips from your doctor for boosting your sex life can be helpful. Discuss your concerns with your doctor. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
Ask your doctor to change your SSRI or SNRI medication ( milder lowered libido with the SRNIs) to another one that doesn't affect you as much.
As far as the symptoms stemming from Fibromyalgia itself go, look at natural ways of symptom management, like meditation, magnesium chloride and aromatherapy oils baths, anti-FMS diet, etc.
I believe Undenatured Whey Protein Powder to raise Glutathione levels,
will definitely help raise sex drive over time.
High Glutathione levels are associated with good health and longevity,
while low Glutathione levels are linked to health challenges and diseases such as Cancer, MS, AIDS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Atherosclerosis, Pregnancy Complications, Cataracts, Asthma, Autism, Bronchitis, Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, Migraines, Osteoporosis, Pain, Poor Vision, PMS, Psoriasis, Wrinkles, Low Sex Drive, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, etc.
I personally take 40 grams daily (2x20gr) mixed in my natural fruit juice
(no blender no heat allowed as it's chemistry is very sensitive)
I get mine in bulk from Quebec (FDA approved facility) and they also ship to the U.S. If you need details me know.
It's probably one of the best investments in your health (as a supplement).
