to all sufferers of fibromyalgia
throw all pills in the bin and do 10 days fasting on 500gr of fruit and plenty of herbal infusions; after that 10 days of slowly introducing each food back one at a time, very carefully; later aim to eat mainly fruits and vegetables (avoid pastry) and fast once a week otherwise it will come back;  I had all the symptoms you describe and with the above plus lots of sun and yoga breathing I am fine now
