vitamin b12
Just want to say.. I see medhelp are advertising vitamin b12 patches. I took vitamin b12 injections twice a week and it got me out of a wheelchair, now take it when needed. not sure about the patches how they work but it worth a try.
its great that u find vitamin b 12 helps you, can you tell me where i could buy these b12 patches please,so that i can try them.
The patches are a much lower dose than injections.
That's great that B12 has helped you. Injections didn't do anything for me but I know they have worked for lots of people.
