Does any one have an at home yoga dvd for gentle stretching that helps with tight muscles? After a flare my muscles are so tight. I think that stretching might help, at least I hope that it will. Any help will be appreciated..Thanks so much in advance..
I've been using Yoga: Gentle Practice w/Zyrka Landwijt
It has 2 each: 30 min, 45 min & 60 min routines with varying difficulty degree, but none too hard. She also will discuss modifications to poses. The 30 minute is all seated/lying and very focused on gentle stretch/holds and breathing. I got it on amazon.com.
