How do you do the zone code. Where do you get it from . How do you read it

I'm not quite sure what your question is?  Could you be a bit more specific?  Not sure how this relates here, but would like to help.

Some times when your wanting to responced to something someone has said and you send a message, a zone code of 3's and letter's show up. You have to put in the box exactaly the way its written. I don't know how to read them sometimes. I put in the code and can't get it right., wanting to respond.

I know what you are talking about but am not sure how to answer!  It is sometimes hard to read the code. Do your best, and enter and then see what it says.  If you keep having trouble, there is a way to send a question to Medhelp to get help/answers. Under My Medhelp, once you click on that (top of this page), then go to the bottom of that page and it has where you can click on Contact Us. I have always gotten an answer back fairly quickly. Hope that helps.
