Newborn Clogged Tear Duct

Never had this happen with our other children but with this one he is a week old and has been getting a clogged tear duct with yellow liquid around the eye.  The first eye that this occurred on I used breast milk on and it cleared up, now the other eye started doing the same thing, has anyone had this happen before?

My daughter has this as a newborn, but it only stayed in one eye. We had to use drops and also were told to take our pinkie and for 15 seconds gently push where the corner of her eye and nose meets. It helped to loosen it up and get all that gunk out.
