FISH REALlY NOT WELL

My goldfish is in real bad shape, she has become real lethargic and just floating at the top of the tank, it is still alive and is also upright the normal way, its fins have closed up and has lost its appetite? it has been struggling to swim towards the bottom of the tank so i assumed it was Swimbladder, i have treated the fish about three days ago but she seems worse now!!!!! PLEASE HELP
