My albino oscar fish is sick

I have an albino oscar fish that is probably 8 years old & for the past couple of weeks all she does is lay on the bottom of the aquarium. She want eat & she doesnt even swim around. Also, she has sore looking things on her that are kind of a pink color. And her fins appear to be turning white. Is she dying? Please help me to find out what is wrong with my fishie & if there is anyway for her to be treated so she can live. Thank you very much, Tammy
