pimple on my fish?

good day.

as of about a week and a half now, my male zebra cichlid (about a year old, 5 or so inches) has had something in the area between his eye and his mouth that i can only describe as what seems to be a pimple. it looks exactly like what you would encounter on a teenager's forehead - and about the same size, which is what mostly concerns me. he isnt showing any behavioral change, nor loss of appetite... but i am concerned nonetheless.

help please
