Cold, burning feet

For a few months, have cold feet in morning, burning feet in afternoon and normal in evening and overnight. The cycle is steady day after day. With pre-hypertension, my family doctor says it is not circulation related. My allergic rhinitis has been especially bad during this same time period. Possibly Graves disease, CFS or vitamin B deficiency? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

get tested for diabetes, thyroid disease, vit b12, and HLA B-27 to rule out diseases that could cause such events.  
cold feet in the AM:  possibly b/c the arteries undergo spasms when you stand and the rush of blood flows down to the feet.  
Burning feet:  too much movement in shoes can cause friction and burning.  if it occurs at rest, it could be a nerve involvement such as sciatica, neuropathy etc.
