Cyst on Foot

Hi, I just saw my doctor yesterday, and I had a lump on top of my right foot. He x-rayed the foot and it came out normal. He told me I had a cyst on my foot and used a needle to extract a clear gel out of my foot. Today, the lump is bigger than before and looks like a huge mosquito bite. My foot is also a bit on the stiff side. Is this normal?

yes.  your body has supercharged to create more fluid and replace what was taken out.
if there is redness and increased pain, go back to have it rechecked.  it could be infected.
