Feet feel bruised in the morning

The soles of my feet feel as though they are bruised when I first walk on them in the morning or when I have been sitting awhile.  What might be causing this?

there is tightness in the muscles and fascia.
b/f getting out of bed, curl your toes like you are making a fist...then extend them and spread them out.  do this 40 times.  then, stretch your calves and hamstrings.  the foot should feel better when you step down.
