Foot Swelling

Hi! My mom has developed swelling in feets without pain. She is suffered by high Blood pressure & Thyroid. Now she is 49yrs. old & weight is 95kg. On the doctor suggestion we getting her examined for Kidney function test, Whole body ultrasound, urine culture test & some more tests and all reports are OK.
Now the problem is she has developed sviour pain in right leg including knee. No one doctor diagnous her problem properly. So suggest me what to do now.

I would have her evaluated for a DVT (blood clot) which can be done by ultrasound.  Also, she should be checked for a Baker's Cyst, which can cause pain behind the knee.
I would also get an xray of the knee.
