MRI Results ligament not seen help!!

I had a MRI back in Feb and they said i had a chronically torn ATFL. I went through three weeks of physical theraphy tried to live with it. I recently had a MRI last week and this is what it said:

1. Moderate degenerative changes of the ankle and mid-foot. Amorphous ossific body medial aspect of the ankle joint. It is uncertain if this represents a prominent periarticular osteophyte or a loose body.
2. Suspected old sprain involving the anterior tibiofibular ligament. Incomplete visualization of the ATFL and CFL. Please correlate clinically for chronic sprain or tear.

What does this actually mean?? Please help me.

Thanks!

you have an accessory bone (extra bone) on the inner side of the ankle.  this is a common finding.  i wouldn't worry about this unless it hurts.
you have torn you ligaments that hold your outter ankle in place. you tore the one in the front and side of the outter ankle region.
you  need to have a surgical procedure to tighten this ankle, otherwise you will continue to experience pain when walking.  there are successful procedures that involve tendon harvesting to recreate the torn ligaments and can help resecure the ankle again.
