I have played football for years, but since the start of this season i am getting an extremly tight calf, and pain down the side of my
shinShin splints when playing, this gets to a point where it creates great discomfort to run and if i play through the pain, pins and needles occur in the bottom of my feet! this problem usually happens in the warm up and is fine by the start of the game, but recently its just not going away during the game! i thought i had my boots on too tight and
shinShin splints pad restricting blood flow, but ive tried playing with loose boots and pads but i still get the same problem. any ideas of what this could be and how to solve the problem?
